Rabindranath Tagore’s famous dance drama Shapmochan will be presented by accomplished singers dancers and elocutionists . As per story , the estrangement due to external ugly looks of the King Aruneswar ( by the curse of the heaven )was finally conquered by the eternal force of love of the queen Kamalika . It’s an unique story of separation and overcome of that curse and separation after a blind marriage . Entire episode of feelings , romance , love and conflicts and final union are represented through songs dances and recitations . ( 1.5 hours )
